Custom-Made Items

All items are made to order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the stated processing time (TAT) of 10–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Print & Shirt Selection Requirement

Print listings are for the design only. A separate Shirt Selection item must be added to your cart when purchasing a print.

Orders missing the required shirt selection may be delayed until corrected. By completing checkout, you acknowledge responsibility for selecting all required items.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will review and resolve verified issues accordingly.
